To ensure all issues are resolved in a satisfactory and timely manner.
The regular visits also allow most issues to be identified before they become 'show stopper'. Reducing system downtime and lost revenue.
Billed Support
This is a normal Callout Service billed by the hour - No Callout Fee!. This enables you the customer to try our services. Should you wish to continue on this basis that is fine. Should you wish to migrate to a monthly all inclusive maintenance fee that option can also be discussed.
